Te nitpicking is knowing wikipedia and correcting facts. Ti nitpicking is constantly hassling people for logical consistency. Or at least, that's how I experience nitpicking (I do the Ti part, and find the Te part extremely annoying).

Reficulris, +Ti (or Se/Ni) nitpicking is most often obvious to me by focus on typos, details and exact interpretation of events.

If you are SLI man, wouldn't that make your business relation ILI's? and not LII's? ILI is look-a-likes with SLI. It's probably a typo I'm guessing cause LII's can't be a Te subtype.
