A socionics book for every socionics type. Each book is written by representatives of a particular socionics type to make it easier to grasp the essence of the type. So a book on LIIs is written by LIIs; a book on SEEs is written by SEEs (this may be difficult), etc. Also people would probably find writing from their identicals to be more appealing.
So what would each of these 16 books look like? What content would they contain? How would they be structured?
If I were to write an LII book:
It would probably emphasise the theory more than practice but there would be some practical things in there, like sections on how to recognize LIIs in everyday life and which relations are the most and least ideal for LIIs. To keep it from being overly dry and technical, which LIIs are prone to do, there would be humor and real life stories. Still, there would be an overall emphasis on substance over style.
Contents:
Chapter 1................. Model A and the LII
Looks at the 8 functions in the LII and their positions and how each manifests itself. I'd collect some anecdotes from real LIIs so there were real life examples.
Chapter 2................ LII's and relationships
Each of the 16 relationship types is discussed, so you better know how LIIs relate to every other type. Tips for how to cope with each of the 16 relationship types is included.
Chapter 3 ................. Identification of LIIs
Includes sections on VI and videotyping of LIIs and speech patterns of LIIs. Pictures of famous LIIs and links to videoclips are provided as a reference point. And perhaps most importantly, how to tell apart an LII from an ILI, since they are often confused for one another.
Chapter 4 ................. A Closer Look
Some of the more advanced concepts are illustrated here, including some of the alternative theories. This will be a more theory-heavy section and is considered optional reading. Descriptions of DCNH subtypes for LIIs, as well as each of the dual type combinations are here.
