That's a very PC idea, but positive and negative qualities alike are definitely type-related, and these ones are primarily SLE, or maybe SEE.

I've considered LIE as the integral type of New York, but based on these impressions maybe Se leading is a better fit.

I think it's interesting how nobody really likes those traits, yet we constantly get bombarded with messages that's how we should be. Every article I read nowadays is basically another variation of 'GROW SOME BALLS AND STOP BEING A WUSS NOBODY LIKES A NICE, NORMAL GUY!' Of course I don't listen to people just because they can write that lol.

It must be an American thing.

Anyways, genuinely submissive/passive people are a breath of fresh air in a society that prides itself on attempting to cover up its wrongdoings by fortifying a false sense of bravado.

Until people stop sexualizing being tough, aggressive... and until the media stops rewarding said behavior and looking down upon people who aren't that way, will it really ever change?

When you act like that, it makes some people think you are just trying to cover up your weaknesses... and it sets you up for people to hurt/take advantage of you, probably just as much as so as too much in the other direction. I'm sure you understand that.

well i am not sure i meant it in a PC way.....lol. i disagree with the idea of listing only negative characteristics and attaching a type label to it, since it's not the whole truth. i'd rather look at IM's...seems closer to the truth and more flexible. so, Se, Ti, Te is what i would see in that list.
