fwiw I've heard ENTj for him by somebody else on here, don't remember who. I seriously don't see anything other than Fe for him though, the way he presents himself inflectionally is far too crafted/controlled/forced for him to be anything else.

that is why i want other opinions. everyone seems to understand the functions in nuanced ways and i like to hear what other people think sometimes. i know Jung would probably label him extroverted feeling since his expression matches with the hysteria of a neurotic Fe type, but not so much with an extroverted thinker. however, im not sure his stage appearance really is expression of neurotic Ti hysteria or if it might be employment of an Fe role function built upon experience of a previously neurotic Fi because his hysteria is a very consciously controlled one; a neurosis is supposed to throw the conscious haphazardly, which is not what Lewis Black is having done to him, of course. im not highly against ESE though either way, jus sayin' in case this rings a bell with another Te type or someone has some other thoughts about it.

I've thought he might be an LIE for awhile but it's mainly based on his stand-up, which is mainly comprised of him criticizing everything he sees as being counterproductive and the people who swindle that type of mentality to people

He doesn't seem very to me, a lot more like Robin Williams than any or type, to be frank, but only would make sense if you know how those types act in comparison.

Yea? good people don't attack innocent bystander either, or group attacking people when they are the one that initiate the trouble. They have morals and decide what is actually right rather than defending someone who will protect them, the only reason you are defending him. I see that as not really a good person but someone who is afraid, Good people don't harm innocent people and call it defending their friends.
