actually, i'm not too sure. lol. i've just looked it up and some site mentioned that it's not legal to have sex with girls below 14, then others state that any sexual contact with a person below 18 is statutory rape.

and the funny thing is, they check your ID here when you buy condoms, they won't sell it to you if you're below 18.
they encourage the spread of stds? and unprotected sex? unwanted pregnancies?
