Maybe you get angry when you realise what pathetic physical condition you are in.

lol how can we know? if you get angry when you workout you aren't working out hard enough.

You gotta Elaborate, what kind of exercise, at what point do you get angry, do you really have no clue why you get angry?

Start a sport where you get exercised automatically perhaps? Join a club, play badminton or join a weightlifting gym. Start in wrestling or boxing or whatever martial art. Many women at martial arts actually, it's fun!

You're no fool; you've done nothing wrong. If anything I'd look like the silly one since the thread title is still visible on the main page. Of course you can always delete your own post if you're concerned about people seeing you as one. Bah why is it whenever I make a thread bad things always happen? I really should just stick to replying to threads rather than creating new ones.

Stop second guessing yourself. Stop making posts and deleting/editing them. Stick to what you say. I can understand if you're a tyrant and want to cut back but this isn't the case.

JUST SAY WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND. WHATS THE WORSE THAT CAN HAPPEN?! Your opinion and insight is just as valuable as anyone else's, DESPITE your knowledge of socionics. I barely know anything that technical about socionics but I believe this gives me a leg up more than the people who nit-pick over the technicalities and forget that the focus is on PEOPLE and INTERACTIONS with said PEOPLE.

oh noessss the forum is angrrryyyyyy.....what is there to be afraid of? so what? plenty of people around her think they hate me based on the crap that i write around here and i a perfectly healthy individual regardless. it won't hurt that bad, i promise. IT IS WHAT IT IS, remember?!

Well, I finally figured out last night, after having been going to the gym for a year (minus a 3-4 month break), what causes this. It seems that if I over-exercise, which is easily done when you've got adrenaline pumping through you, it seems to overload my nervous system (which, to be fair, is pretty easily done for me), which in turn causes all sorts of odd effects. When I went on Tuesday night I didn't get that same effect, so I was alright afterwards.

That generally happens when you overload on anaerobic exercise such as weights or similia. It never really occurred to me with aerobic-outdoors exercise.
