The interesting thing about assertive triad types is that they seem less likely than the rest of the enneagram to regard their type's traits as a weakness.

Yes, I think it's using weaknesses as catalysts. 3 interprets failure as success to feel reassured escaping their core fear, 7 avoids the negative in the first place, 8 simply can't be weak by default! I'm trying to prove that women naturally rule the earth with sex, and that makes men unconsciously have this big reaction and tend towards more superifical means of power, as either being leaders of countries, becoming experts in areas that aren't related to sex appeal such as being models, actors, singers like women tend toward.
It also manifests in trying to push women down such as: in almost all religions there is covering up of the female body, restricting their sexual activity, viewing them as sexual beasts, all of this is because men are controlled by these women sexual qualities, and they want to break free from it, which is impossible.
