From a distance, they're not so bad. They're charming, entertaining, and know how to go for what they want.

I feel so much smarter than them. Base vs PoLR.

They can be funny and likable from afar. Especially ESE actors, like Robin Williams and Craig Ferguson, etc. But one on one, I have no doubt its tough. Williams and Ferguson are the likable ones. ESEs I know in real life are entertaining, until they start directing themselves toward you, then conflict starts.
I guess what most people like about conflictors is appreciating their unique talents, but that aren't drawn onto them to stir conflict.
all the ones on this forum are nice. they're super-useful from a distance. I would love to have one work three levels under me or five levels above me in an organization, so long as there was a beta or gamma ST at some point between us.
Not a rule, just a trend.
IEI. Probably Fe subtype. Pretty sure I'm E4, sexual instinctual type, fairly confident that I'm a 3 wing now, so: IEI-Fe E4w3 sx/so. Considering 3w4 now, but pretty sure that 4 fits the best.
Yes 'a ma'am that's pretty music...
I am grateful for the mystery of the soul, because without it, there could be no contemplation, except of the mysteries of divinity, which are far more dangerous to get wrong.
Some of the best actors I could name are ESFps. They are very good at performing in emotional roles (especially anger) convincingly.
Gene Hackman, Johnathan Rheis Meyers, Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson, Jude Law...
They can make money.

They never shy away from defending their values and never hide them.
They're crazy knowledgeable.
They're good with people, taking it upon themselves to entertain them. Which means they keep them too busy to notice I've removed myself from their company. Which is good.
They try to be fair with people.
"Language is the Rubicon that divides man from beast."
They're not a problem. Their prevention method is trying to convince me of something, and that doesn't work because I disagree with their stance in the first place. Besides, I can always drive them crazy if I want. There's nothing seriously wrong with IEIs that I'm familiar with (though I'm not very familiar with IEIs).
I admire my conflictors ability to solve practical problems and they are loyal and protective of the people they care about.
There's a lot of things I like about my conflictors SeTi...
1. They can make me forget about my ideals and living in the future by just letting me have fun, spontaneous fun.
2. They project the aura of confidence and strength.
3. When I cry or display outward emotions, they are better at reacting to them then my own duals; even though, sometimes, I want more attention to my emotions, my own duals are very good about ignoring them or grumbeling at me about things I want attention towards, therefore, I have to be more logical and convincing about why I want that attention, but sometimes I don't want to bother, I just want that extra attention, because it makes me feel good.

Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Any personality traits that you wish you had in yourself that you truly admire or praise about your conflictor?
They complete things they start.

I got to know my first and only conflictor-friend about 10 years ago, and we became sort of friends. I admire his "just-do-it" attitude. Like if I speculate on this and that... "It would be nice to travel to that place or maybe do this or that", then he is just, "ok, let's do it, I'll make the arrangements and we'll leave tomorrow." He really walks the talk, lol.
Things that he has said on different occasions:
"But nature is kinda boring, isn't it?"
"I'm usually not afraid of anything"
"There is always a solution"
"Should I finnish my ice-cream before entering the church?" (Fi-seeking?)
"So we are leaving in 10 minutes, fine, then I have some time to do some work"
"I'll pay for you, let's not make a problem out of this"
They seem driven to tackle things, have a realistic calmness and awareness about everything going on around them, and tend to get on people's good side. They seem like the ultimate here-and-now person.
i totally saw what you did there, polikjukmu guy. *le hint:
People take their sentiments seriously, easily build relationships, and socially are seen as pillars of a community.
Everyone seems to be my conflictor. Don't believe I do admire anything 'bout my conflictor(s).

I am impressed by ILIs' ability to make decisions without their emotions getting involved. Completely objectively.
Also, being skeptical of any new information, and checking the source. Independent thinkers. They are anything but gullible.

Lots of things and just to name a few: stupidity. What do you admire about your conflictor?
Here's something else I admire about one of my conflictors:
ISFJ, dependable, reliable. They let people walk over them (females) and the males try to maintain an image of manliness almost to the extreme. I like them, they are insightful and don't have the unpredictable craziness of an ISFP. Even as I try to show them the fun side, they don't really care much about it which is a bummer sometimes, but the dutiful benefits totally outweigh the costs. They are sought after in jobs for long term stability and such, they like their space and doing things on time.
Compare that to my ISFP dual. I never know exactly wtf they're up to. They might appear cheerful but deep inside are depressed and needy of positive affirmation a little too much more than I want to show. They will also freaking cheat and rage on you if things don't go their way. I've had ISFPs cut me out from their life after doing random shit but ISFJs just put me in my place while ISFPs skitter away.
Strange, I never think about getting flowers or presents for an ISFP, they just seem totally not worth it while the ISFJ I would do those things.
LOL! I think your observations are pretty good, not sure whether you're ILE, though. That flower stuff is pretty weird, wtf, why would you feel the need to bring them flowers?
What do you mean by SEIs would cheat on you? :| Like agreeing with you, then when you turn your back they will do what they initially had in mind, I guess?
I tried to come up with something...but I admire most in SEEs and most in LIIs. There's not anything particular I admire in SLEs.
