If the food doesn't matter, maybe have some dry oats? I was (more) broke, so I ate lots of dry oats; no preparation, they don't go bad, and they're CHEAP. Pop-tarts, specifically, are bad news; made of white wheat flour, hydrogenated oil, white sugar, and crazy chemicals. A person would easily be better off cooking and eating fresh roadkill than eating a pop-tart.
THIS is why i get on you about the poptarts, @Olly From Wally World... i couldn't care less about you getting tired of them You're poisoning your body with that disgusting non-nutritious fake food, and wasting precious stomach space with that stuff...
