The second site (ru.laser.ru) uses the opposite notation convention than what we're used to.
On it:
ESI = ISFP
SEI = ISFJ
etc.
They decided to use the "J-P flip" for introverts. Quite a few of their typings are rather offball, and they've listed their rate of correspondence to other socionists in the right hand column. Quite low. Also, they give great weight to facial features and are very bull-headed about it. When I wrote to them once they insisted I was an ILE based on one picture on my site (of course, I did not ask to be typed). Stuff like that makes me depressed, but, naturally, these people are not particularly mainstream, despite their large socionics library. According to them, Sergey Ganin is LIE, not LII, Stratievskaya is IEE, not ESI, Tsypin (whom I have met) is LII, not IEE, and Mironov (whom I have met) is ILE, not LIE (of course, they are wrong).
