This is really becoming a problem. I really don't like spending time thinking what I should eat let alone spend time making it, yet want to care about my health and fitness, so usually end up with bananas and milk or canned beans and mushrooms (which makes me feel guilty because canned food contains unwanted chemicals), nothing that takes more than 10 mins to prepare. Yet don't like spending alot of money on food. Have any LIEs out there found a solution for this?
