I've been meaning to implement a user type list here on the forum and I have been able to do this via the Forms mod that I recently installed.

I've created a form to capture sociotype and this mod has the ability to output the data to excel as well as display the data in a tabular format. This is currently in beta and I will see if I can import the data from the current member typing spread sheet to it, so don't expect anything to stay the same.

The form is here, the form will also automatically post data into this thread.
