I wanted to do some tasks with the club to see how and which IM elements we use in doing the tasks and intertype relations- do u guys have any ideas of what and who to do and put together? The club members are ENFp, ESTp, ESTp, ISTp, ISFp, ENTp, ENTp, INFj, ISTj, ISFj

How many persons per task? There is probably an optimal arrangement that's somewhat okay, but there is no perfect solution.

A second question, what's the maturity level of each individual and how much dual exposure has each person had? Do you care to introduce each person to his dual or do you want a quick fix?

1- ENFp-ISTp-INFj
2- ENTp-ISFp-ENTp
3- ESTp-ISTj-ESFp
4- You-ISFj

If you wanna mix it up:

1- ISTp-ISFp-ENTp
2- ENTp-ENFp-ESTp
3- You-ESTp
4- INFj-ISFj-ISTj

Try different combinations of the above. Also Try putting semi-duals together, just don't mix conflictor/supervisor pairs unless you're bored.

my suggestion would not be to structure anything too rigidly. if you want to do tasks similar to those that we did last week, i think that could be a very useful and potentially very informative kind of activity for the group. however, in the setting of a group as large as the club you can't possibly deal with the individual traits of different people in telling them to deal with particular tasks.


it might be a good idea to simply create a list of tasks and then ask for volunteers to see what happens; perhaps you could also ask some people to do their super-ego tasks as well.


but there's no reason to get too iinvolved in "this person and this person should do a specific task because they're illusionary partners" or whatever.
