ISFjs frequently sighing - common?
? This one ISFj I know sighs all the time. She probably is not aware that I hear her, but I always here her sighing when she comes home from work, or is doing most anything really. I was just wondering if this sort of tendency is common in your experience with them.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.

Yeah, I often hear the ISFjs I know sighing or groaning or something to that extent, usually when something's annoyed them (which isn't a rare ocurrence I must say)

But, for a certainty, back then,

I sigh a lot too, and so does Peter's mom. She forgets to breathe though, holds it and the lets it out in big sighs all the time.

Anyway, there's good sighing, and bad sighing. It depends on whether there's an half-smile or not after it.

My mother used to sigh all the time (she's INFj). I think it just means you're tired or sick of your life

I sigh a lot as well. I think I do it mostly when im in deep thought and then flash back to reality.
