She is a stand-up comedian who has a talk show on E! that my roommate has been watching a lot lately. I have an idea of her type - what do you guys think?

The style of her humor reminded me of David Letterman's... I don't know, I think she kind of comes across as kind of aggressive. I think that sort of humor is better suited for males than females. I can't really imagine her being an EXFx type. My guess would be an ENTp.

Yes, but I think it's something an SLE wouldn't even want to point out, since they wouldn't want someone to criticize them for the same thing. An LIE would be more flippant about Fi things.

Yeah, she is much more abrasive on her show. I think it's a combination of Se HA and Fe Role, though.

i personally don't pity them but do agree that psychologically she seems vulnerable and is hiding it with insulting others. would a Fi PolR do that?

I don't see a theoretical problem in finding my conflictor funny. In fact, I think I usually do. I mean, this isn't like I know the person in real life AND we're in a relationship. I can read fiction written by my conflictor and think "yes, I understand this person."

Being Te-ISTp would make just as much sense, as any delta would be repulsed by excessive displays of the beta attitude - especially in this case, as a lot of her behavior revolves around Fe content, which I believe is your polr.

her ENFj base would be your POLR
or you would supervisor her as ENTj

but i also think there are reasons an ESTp [instead supposing you are one] might be offput by a prominent Se HA. Se dual-seeking on the other hand might look up to that.

In my experience, Jessica's reaction is actually typical of an ISTP to an ESTP (or any other introvert in the "extinguishment" relationship, or whatever you call it).

hrm okay. From my experience,
to clarify this:
-I don't find it particularly traumatic when my "mirage" partner uses my 7th as his leading. I just see it as...not interesting. I think this has to do with the fact that it's blocked with a creative function which I value.
-I don't think the argument can be extended for people with your 7th as their HA because they sort of suck in it and look for you to do it for them, whereas people with it in their ego do it themselves and expect you to like it.
