I think so. Unfortunately the only thing I knew about him was that he was green, so it could well be some other green guy

Fair enough. I wasn't exactly sure with the androids, to be honest. I do think that SEI works for 16, though.

SEE for 18; fair enough. Not sure it works for 17 though; maybe he is SLE? He does have a lot more of the "I'm the toughest being ever created ahahaha" kind of thing that is typical of Vegeta (obvious SLE IMO), which is never really seen at all from 18; she is confident, but she doesn't have this "I'm so special" way about her that 17 does. Maybe 17 is EIE?
