I have an obscenely high metabolism. I have tried eating greasy, fatty foods and carbs in excess and drinking protein and creatine and working out etc but I cannot succeed in passing 180. And I'm 6'4". I've always felt insecure about being skinny, even though I can beat dudes 80 lbs heavier at arm wrestling. I just feel like I look runty and it sucks.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...
Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
Whilst our laughter echoed,
Under cerulean skies...
Health stuff seems like something that is extremely basic that modern people have complicated beyond belief with magic workout routines and magic diets. Not related to the OP or video.
I am When I saw those kids eating when full, I thought, "What's wrong with you?!" They should have snuck the goodies into their pockets for later.
I think I'm one of those people who feel ill when they try to eat when full, whose bodies make them feel extra-full to maintain their weight.
I think all humans feel ill when they eat past their full limit.
I do however also know that it is possible to stretch one's stomach, which will result
in someone feeling less full at a point where they previously felt full.
There were some things that I disagreed with in this video and I think some of this study
is controversial as far as information that they're feeding the public. A lot of this is only
theory and not fact.
Perhaps their full limit is greater than yours.
The only people I know who eat too much to the point that they vomit and then continue
to eat after that are a couple of anorexics who binge eat until they vomit and then still feel
ravenous so they continue to eat.
We clearly have different friends. (:
I don't care! Just gimme dat BBW, plox.
EDIT: Fuck cultural standards of beauty, they are wrong.
Easy Day
Just eat what you like, I do and I'm fine. Anyhow, you're vegetarian, @Fireyed?
I rarely get full. When I do eat to that point, i'm often starving an hour later. However, something happened the other day and I just couldn't get full so I ate like a madwoman and for some reason it took like 2 hours for my brain to realize this and I was horrible pain for like 2 days. I truely don't know how I'm not obese.
