My ESI roommate whose place I found on craigslist is super nice, and super conscientious--I get the feeling that she's really trustworthy and will basically feel like it's her duty to do a lot of things. I'm far more flaky on a day to day basis, and for this I feel bad. She's much more practically responsible. Sometimes she tries to share things in a very sweet way; once she made me Turkish coffee (she's recently from Turkey) and taught me how to read the grinds, then suggested that we tell each others' fortunes "the way they do it in Turkey." She's also very beautiful and conventionally stylish.

I have a total girl-crush on her, but sometimes we just run out of things to talk about--different backgrounds, maybe?

Amusing anecdote: I was trying to generate ideas for things to get my ILE bf for his birthday (as a way to make conversation since we were both using the kitchen at the same time) and she wanted to help me out and so kept suggesting things like, custom-ordered monogrammed things? Or a nice set of chocolate and wine? Precisely the sort of thing that he would hate haha.

...honestly he is pretty hard to shop for though, plus I'm short on cash, so I think I'm just going to sew him a stuffed lion plush with yarn in the configuration of his facial hair.

Always in need of every man and woman to supervise those LIE and ESI, in praise of ESI, of course. That close-mindedness, charming...

But seriously, Gammas usually can smell their progeny from afar, Rim, and I'm sure you have been walked through this before - flip your hair and wave in direction of LIE, give them a wink, and you're going to know.

lol whaaa? that sounds awesome.. so it will look like him? or a lion?

and he's your bf now? oh la la..

I'm not really contentious.. except like I wash dishes when they're starting to pile up.

gift wise. I just gave my mom a bracelet for early mother's day. I found it laying around my room that I bought as a part of a set. it had a cross on it..she loved it, but that's only coincidence. Usually I get something practical..like $ towards hairstyle/massage since she loves that stuff. but the bracelet suffice this year..and I'm broke.

That's funny, Blackburry. I don't tend to give practical things but I like receiving them. I like getting things that I can use.

And, um, it's supposed to look like a lion with his facial hair construction?? It's supposed to be funny, I hope it registers as such. Hahaha.

A28 a21 ... If it weren't for the selfless "stupid" work ISFJs do . . . N's probably wouldn't have food or shelter, the basic physiological needs. Mother Theresa is thought to be an ISFJ. She new that it wasn't about feeding a million people, it was about one at a time. Don't ever dis ISFJ's. They are very selfless, loving, commited people who are often taken for granted. It's like the story of the hungry grasshopper (Ns) and the hard-working ants (S). I greatly look up to those with (S) preference, because to me they seem to be much more down to earth. I wouldn't trade my creativity for that, but I would never bite the hand that feeds me. -- INFJ

    I OUWDLNT BITE IT EITHER
