You know the drill. List the list. What do you believe each type needs from its dual -- not wants, but inherently needs.

That wasnt the question
Correct, but the purpose of this is to see what everyone is thinking regarding this concept. When we step in that direction, it goes into tangents not required to see how people are perceiving.
The dual. End of list. Shit thread is shit.
I need my dual to be protective of me, us, our families.
Since I'm very gentle and get easily used and my time gets snatched easily, I need my dual to safeguard me from people.
Which school should our kids go to honey? Please decide; it's a serious decision and I need your logical abilities. Which table should we get? What kind of lighting will work well here? To make decisions and be a firm hand about it.
Someone who realizes that I have terrible motor coordination and would rather pursue dancing and is fully loving and supportive of what I can do. Not critical, pushy, or excessively demanding; so I guess it's ok if I take dance?
I love people and love people around, I need an equally loving person, loving and fun to host parties with.
Someone who makes sure our paintings are hung up and the light bulbs are all working.
I love order and tidy environment that is not cluttered and fairly clean; I want that in my dual.
My dual needs me to have someone to talk to because they are extraverts and talk things out, vent, and they need me to absorb these talks, talk about family, talk about their choices, talk about their health, talk about stuff and stuff. They need me to be there, but just so happens, I'm not a critical person who has to have my way about all of these things that they want to talk about. So, I let them talk and I put my input. For example, Oksana was trying to pick out house paint, she asked me to go along one day. She picked one she thought matched the wall but was uncertain and so was I, she would have walked away and done it some other time when suddenly, I took up the color charts and said "look I'll hold them up and you step back and tell me which one matches better, it seems as though the one you picked out wasn't the right one." She did and behold she picked one that was a much better match. We support each other this way.
To love people and have them around and not make fussy nonsense BS with them and push them out of his life.
To cook healthy things.

Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

What IEI's offer me: Interaction with them feels like entering a spa after a rough day. They also satisfy THE LONELINESS
What I offer IEI's: I would guess I offer higher speed lifestyle, help them live life to the fullest.
As an SLE 8 paired with an IEI 2, I find she fuels my advance. She's rocket fuel.
