Default Type the managers at my work.

Yes, nanashi, I got permission to take these photos.

    Now then.

First, just for kicks, an obvious LSE. He's the big boss man. Makes the best chili I've ever had.

Now the rest, in descending order of rank, since I am Ti (don't start trolling the topic, maritsa):

That first guy seems like some obvious ESXj douche. Probably the same for the second guy. Third seems EXTp? Fourth looks Fe ego. Five is another ESXj, maybe Te > Fe. Sixth guy just looks like a douche, I don't wanna look at that smarmy smile.

ISTp - I'm not sure about him being ESTj thought. My duals have serious faces and have tense stairs. Just because he can cook chili that doesn't mean he's my dual. And, if he doesn't have the cranial vault the size of your head and the picture below, he doesn't qualify.
    ISTp
Possibly ISTj or ISTp but ISTx for sure
Need a better picture but here are my guesses ESFp, ISTp, INTp
    ISTp
    ESFp-possibly

YOU KNOW I NEED A SIDE PIC TOO TO TYPE ACCURATELY

    Example of ESTj

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

lol they all look like ESTjs.

And I agree with Galen. All those people look like douchebags. They might very well be nice decent people under the surface. But they appear to be douches.

I agree too - they look like awful people to work with, regardless of type.

I see Maritsa types almost all the men Delta ST and the woman SEE. ROFL. At least she's consistent.

Actually, what's interesting to me now is everyone's negative reactions to the photos. Every one of the managers in the pictures is actually really pleasant and easy to work with. The only asshole boss I had left about a week ago.

The first guy is LSE. He can turn screws once in a while, but he never overdoes it and you never feel like he's watching you. Funny, slightly racist sense of humor. I think having the process dichotomy and ST club in common makes it easy for me to get along with LSEs in a work environment.

The third guy is EII. He's my department manager. Really laid back and easy to work with, as is the ESI lady below him.

I'm fairly certain the last two are SEI and SLI, respectively. Both are non-bossy and easy to talk to.

The one I am mainly interested in is the second. He's new, super laid back. Exudes a quiet kind of refined authority; you feel totally at-ease around him and it's almost like he supervises subconsciously via negative space. Hard to explain. Maybe the best way to describe it is that it's almost as though he isn't aware that he's the boss even though he is and even though he effectively functions as one.

I don't get why people say they look like douches, maybe cuz they're older and not as hip.

Possible, yeah. He doesn't have any Fe at all and is very unimposing. Seems to value my Se.

    Yeah, that fits.

funny how everyone thinks they look like douches.
My first thought was they look like decent enough people.

    1st guy really looks ESTJ,
    2nd does kinda look ILI
    3rd EII all the way
    4th- suuuuure, guess ESI works
    5th- totally seems SEI
6th- looks eerily similarly to two SLIs friends

I said it was for academic purposes, and I am already seen as eccentric, so no one was surprised. Also, I don't generally give a fuck what other people think about anything.

    This about Fi base types...

as a base (1st) function (ESI and EII)

The individual sees reality primarily through static personal ethics and stable interpersonal bonds between individuals, including himself, where the status of such interpersonal bonds is determined by his personal ethics. The individual is very confident in evaluating the ethical or moral qualities, and their consistency, of other people. This makes the individual seem "judgemental" or "self-righteous" to people less so inclined. If he has difficulty in deciding the status of a personal relationship, he will take action to try to reach a conclusion but if that continues to elude him, he will regard the relationship as not worth it. His own sense of constancy in personal ethics and in his relationships with others is a very strong factor in his sense of self-worth.
in this position implies the ability to almost instantly recognize whether someone is a friend or an enemy, whether they are demonstrating good will or ill will, and whether they are drawn to or repelled by the individual.
