lol yeah, that was a pretty good movie. I don't remember it very well, but it did freak me out.

I don't like horror flicks. I don't like tearjerkers either. I'd rather watch something exciting, that makes me feel good, pumped up or happy, or something that makes me think. Being scared or sad isn't much fun.

I only enjoy comedies but some horror movies prove to be good comedies. (Like "The Ring" where the horse jumps off the boat, lolwut.)

I like comedies alot myself but I also enjoy drama. I like some action/adventure just as long as its not violence for its own sake kind of flicks. I'm not a big horror fan. I'm not afraid of watching horror flicks, I just prefer other things. But what I do like are the really poor quality B-movies because they're so poorly done, they're funny. Like the ones you find on Mystery Science Theatre.

    Same here.

If it doesn't make me laugh, intentionally or not, I'm pretty hard-pressed to invest an hour and a half (or more) to watch or do anything.

I'd even take CSPAN over horror, though. Slashers freak me out, and torture porn makes me nauseous; but the bizarro ghost/occult stuff just drives me insane. When I'm all alone and it's dark and quiet, my mind stops rationally separating the real from the unreal. There's something about being "beyond comprehension" or "mysterious and unknowable" that makes the supernatural horror flicks way more harrowing that the loonie with a knife/chainsaw/hockey-stick next door.

I like anything that can get a reaction out of me. Fear, sadness, happiness, excitement, interest. Anything that keeps my attention. I hate movies that I can see through and fail at whatever they are attempting to do. Like horrors that aren't scary, comedies that aren't funny, or dramas that are unnatural. If movies are just terrible though, I can even enjoy those because I'll be so disgusted at them that it's funny.
