Default what are the strengths of ESFps?

What are the strengths of ESFps? What are the gifts they usually have to offer the world? If a young ESFp high schooler is trying to decide on, e.g., a college major or something, are there some typical directions they might be advised in (in addition to whatever unique individual talents they may have)?

The best possible answers I have found to this so far are that ESFps might usually do well in sales/human services/counseling (due to rapport building skills), as entertainers (perhaps even artists), and perhaps serving in the medical professions in general. The bottom line, keeping their ego block Se-Fi as dominant focus: freedom of impulse to act on their values/heart inclinations.

Sorry if this seems too much like MBTI. Please share your theories and/or experiences about ESFps. Thanks in advance for your input.

I guess pretty much anything that involves talking to a lot of different people and a fair amount of activity. ESFps are not desk job kind of people.

I think they are quite good in business/financial areas especially marketing/sales and areas like hospitality/hotel management.

Hmm. Not sure what job exactly suits them best.
But I have 3 ESFp friends, one works in the marketing department, the other in biomedical research stuff, and the other is doing some business related thing.

IMO, ESFps would excel at sales.
