My boss is D-SLE. Hard working, demanding guy who manages his small construction business and his employees.

in my mind, that is classic mobilizing Fe (there are other kinds but this is a very recognizable form of it). I know a guy who I think is ILE who speaks in the same exact manner. Could well be SLE creative since I'm sure creative subtype between the xLE's have a lot of similarities

Anyways, I'd say that Gulenko has to set up some sort of calibration points in order to establish his systems better. Beta alone is not enough and it clearly needs more than one example. It leaves too much room for fruitless speculation. It seems that he has some sort Typology 64 going on.
It is like people have to be Andrew Wiles' of the typology world to decipher Victor "Fermat" Gulenko.
