    Default Philosophy Questionnaire

    http://philosopherswheel.com/questionnaire.htm

you have to calculate your own results but there's a cool philosophy/mbti correlation chart at the bottom of the page. I know it's not socionics but I always thought it'd be an interesting way to discover philosophies and philosophers whose views might match up with your own. there's another version of the chart which correlates your results with enneagram types. I think there's even a section dedicated to finding correlations between astrology and typology.

I've taken this several times and usually end up in explanation/pragmatism area.

This time I got 8R/32M, which places me in prediction.

I posted this before but never got around to actually doing it.

    60 S
    4 R

    50-75 S = extremely spiritualist

1-25 R = somewhat intellectual; You rely on reason and distrust feelings and experiences

If you are R and S, you are essentialist: universal ideas and archetypes are primary reality

    R/S essentialist = N intuitive
    R/M rationalist = T thinking
    E/S existentialist = F feeling
    E/M empiricist = S sensing

    50-75S
    0-25R
    Esoterics
    Revelation
    Metaphysics
    Plotinus

    50-75S
    0-25E
    Spiritism
    Psychism
    Mysticism
    Jesus(at 0 R/E)

I think philosophically speaking I go either way and also throw in some transcendence.

“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung

I'm definitely spiritualist but the other one seems like a false dichotomy.

I rushed through this Questionnaire and scored 24R and 17M, so my nearest neighboor is... Einstein... at least in this philosopher chart wheel.

    20R, 2S essentialist

Cool. I think that puts me nearest to Aristotle and Voltaire.

I'm an essentiallist. Which apparently makes ne an intuitive, though sensing is the dichotomy I rate strongest in on most tests.
    Definitely intellectual, somewhat spiritualist.
I'm in the Purpose/Ideals sector. With Epictetus, Stoicism, and Aristotle.
