I did a search for all the films I especially liked that are primarily considered a Comedy of some kind (that is somewhat restrictive, because there are some other films that I consider significantly comic).
Some of these trailers are a real disservice to the films themselves, unfortunately.

(couldn't find a trailer for this, "only" the whole film)

(probably the highlight clip from what is a short film)
Hm...I love all of The Hangover films, stupid comedies are my type ya; matter of fact after watching them, my gullible mind and I decided I will go to Vegas
Happiness
Heathers
Withnail & I
In Bruges
The King of Comedy
Bad Santa
The Informant!
Welcome to the Dollhouse
Clerks
The Trouble with Harry
I Went Down
Man Bites Dog
Second vote for the movie which rhymes with my name (Heathers). It's pretty dark-- As a struggling High School trash student, I've felt the black humor strongly in some bits of the movie. But in general, the comedy aspect of it overshadows the dark undertone which is good. I also saw the musical and I loved it.
Addition: Brooklyn 99. Seriously, you have to watch it.
“I want the following word: splendor, splendor is fruit in all its succulence, fruit without sadness. I want vast distances. My savage intuition of myself.”
― Clarice Lispector
Fav french comedie is "Les Tontons Flingueurs"
I don't remember any english one atm, aside perhaps "Pulp Fiction". I wasn't a big fan of Monthy Python even if there was good stuff
