For me she turns left/clockwise. Curiously, after some time of observation, she switches directions mid-way.

Yeah, it's kind of random....how these images work. With this one, I see it in both directions. Sometimes it starts in one direction, sometimes the other, and then changes direction multiple times.
Starts left/clockwise and ends right/counter clockwise for me.

started clockwise, tried to force the shift but it didn't happen, then i glanced to the keyboard and back up to it going counter clockwise. now it's going back and forth with the face always towards me and little phase shifty moments on the edges where it switches and i can't make it do a full revolution anymore.
I've seen first counter clockwise..

Turned counterclockwise the entire time. I watched it for about seven minutes.

I started to write down "clockwise", scrolled up to check, and it started going counter-clockwise

Weird since it is not really going clockwise or counterclockwise. The way it moves is kind of tracing an infinity sign with her head movements. My brother sees it the same way I do. Different from the ballerina which would do a complete spin and always started clockwise but I could shift more at will. I can't really make this one change direction and it never completes one direction fully, just this flow that looks like:

For me, she never spins around, only goes clockwise from the right to left then counterclockwise from left to right looping forever.
If I only scroll up to see the bottom part of the picture, it revolves counterclockwise for a long while, then suddenly turn clockwise ... put the face into it, then no, just right to left, left to right ... face always forward.
