Roughly 2500. I hike and walk like 7 miles a day tho.
I don't think i could get off the couch with only 1200 calories. I've tried, i am just starving 24/7. I would also probably be like 100 lbs if that's all I ate. Damn, 2500 calories a day is more than most men eat lol. I am super active though so it balances out. I love my fitbit because it tells me exactly what i burn and how many calories i am allowed.
idk, probably about 2200.
i lost 40 pounds, combination of willpower/diet changes and one of the benefits of having gastritis really badly.
When I'm happy I want to eat a lot, but I like being happy. When I'm stressed or fearful I don't eat as much, lose weight and look great. seems like I am always either tortured inside but have a great looking body (for typical gay male porn star ness), or i look like shit but at least i'm content.
thats why I dont really like omega males on the internet thinking really hunky Chad-ish guys have this perfect ultra good life. It's so stupid. trust me, I used to have a really nice body for 2-3 years but I was in a really bad place. I would trade anything for that just to be happy and at peace. And then i did, and got fat but more content. but then I got tired of looking fat and out of shape. there is no 'in the middle' because that's boring and doesn't really exist. but hopefully i can find better peace between the two.
Aiming for 3,200 but really it's around the 2,700 mark. Bulking is really difficult for me because I easily walk 15k steps a day and burn calories like no tomorrow.
Anywhere between 1700 and 3000 depends if I train for cycling or not.
I can reach 4000 if I do more than 100 km for training.

Zero, because that's how many fucks I give! Look at me living and breathing regardless!
Kidding, 2.2k
<1000, not intentionally. I can't figure out how people are able to eat 2000 calories in one day.
i think I just ate 2k in cocoa pebbles
im gonna run later though
It depens... When I eat normally according to how I feel at my best, it's around 1100 calories, but usually I control my eating and often stay under 1000. There were days when I got dizzy even thinking about going above 900, now I can manage it.
500 to 1000
I am aware of how low this is
How do you manage to eat that few and not feel hunger? It seems unhealthily low, even if you are dieting.
I would have to eat at least 1200 a day, just to function normally to not feel lightheaded.
I probably eat around 1800 on an average day, rough guess, I don't count all that closely.

the fuck if i know.
I've met @Pink irl and she's a very small person with a very small frame, so that amount is probably about right and natural (although I hope it's more like around 1000 most days lol). She is like a compact power saving human.
My schedule is really erratic. I'm guessing nowadays I eat around 2500 per day all things being averaged out. Some days I'll have nothing for 2 days straight then other days I'll have 3000 all in one sitting. But I've been needing to eat less and hydrate more lately.

probably 2000-3000..varies a lot because i'm lazy and that can mean either that i eat two pieces of baked chicken or go to McDonalds
I usually eat once a day. I drink about half my calories, coffee, tea, energy drinks... then have dinner around 6/7 pm. I estimate around 1000 calories right now but give or take a couple hundred. I thought I had gained weight actually but I was at the doctor yesterday (allergies) and they said I lost 3 lbs. I am trying to eat at least once during the day but not eating is a just a habit that I have to change.
I am also small framed and 5'0.
That explains the 3 lb loss.Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is: 1,229

“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung
As @niffer mentioned, I'm a small human being ^-^. I'm 160 cm (5'3).
My diet is very high in (vegetarian) protein so it keeps me feeling quite satiated throughout the day. I could increase my calorie intake but I'm cutting right now (Trying to lose some body fat).
I pray that, one day, I have enough self control to stay below 2,000 calories a day. I don't see how anyone can do this without going batshit crazy.
yeah one reason I think I may not be a Fi/Se ego is because I get fat easily
Myfitnesspal
is a popular and accurate app for counting calories. You type in the product name, which the app already has built in nutritional information. You can also manyally type in the calories. Many common foods, like "1 apple" has been built into the system. I used this app last year for about 5 months.
Although I dont personally need to count calories, its easy for me to onow when I require more or less calories depending on circumstances and the state of my body. Energy needs fluctuate. Sometimes Im eating less than I need but those are usually during poor times. Its a fine line because I will loose muscle condition before subcutaneous lipid, so Im always stricking a balanace.
1000.
I don't see how you people manage to eat less than 2k.
When I eat carbs and eat just for satisfaction I eat around 2300-2600 a day. If I exercise then I'm more able to gauge how much I need and I don't eat many high carb foods, in those cases prolly more around 1800. I'm just less hungry when I exert energy, mostly just thirsty
1700. I'm 5'5" (165 cm).
