Hello everyone! It's very nice to see english socionics community is so active!
My name is Sergey Shaneri. I'm 23, live in Chelyabinsk, our region is called South Ural. My type is ILE.
3 years ago I found out about the socionics. The test showed me that I'm ILE and it was very exciting to read all the descriptions I've started to type relatives in a week and learn about Model A in two. In three months I've already used all the Reinin Dichotomies for typing (which I did to every friend). Then it became hard to gather new information. There are a lot of schools and branches of socionics here (more then 80), that contradict to each other. So you either choose one or live in uncertainty. One guy advised me to read Semyon Churiumov's books. It was a dicovery for me.
Semyon (ILE as well) is known among professionals. He was the methodology department's head in International Institute of Socionics till 2010 when he retired (he is 83 now). He is philosopher, matematician, architect and psychologist. Learned socionics from Aushra, was her friend. Lives in Kiev.
He started a new branch of socionics - Deductive Socionics. The main idea is that everything in socionics can be based on fundamental axioms, and should be logically inferented from this basis. He discovered new principles in socionics that helps to understand it more comrehensively. Enhanced the understanding of Functions, Aspects and Realtions (they can be described via Model A of their own!). He wrote his descriptions of Types and Relations, they are very abstract, but very precise as well. He developed and researched the algebra for whole socionics (not only dichotomies). Proposed philosophical grounding of socionics and primary concepts.
I would like to share this information with you guys, but it will take time to translate
I've already met some english socionist (Jack from WSS, Ibrahim Tencer, Andrew Joyton) and would be very pleased to meet new ones. Looking forward to speak to you guys!
