I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. Zucchini pizza boats
I was going to make us veggie pizza toast for this (meatless) Friday because I do eat bread occasionally, but, I have to run to the local grocery anyway, so will pick up zucchini and make mine into zucchini pizza boats (my husband isn't a zucchini fan, or green-veggie fan, so I try not to press it, but instead sneak it in here and there)... I expect it to be satisfying!

Poke ('po-kay') is surprisingly easy to make. You basically just make some rice and put raw fish, avocado and/or seaweed, and seasoned rice vinegar (sushi vinegar) in it. It is typically served cold. If you like sushi you will probably like poke.

When you manage to eat healthy for a while (like a couple of days) you stop craving those unhealthy stuff because you realize your body and mind feels much better eating healthy.
