Things that astound me about the SLI.

- how can you enjoy creating comfort (food, cleaning, fixing stuff) for someone else? I'm already content - and at full capacity - if I manage that for myself but SLIs just do all these useful things for others all the time??
- the ability to relax completely. everywhere, all the time. HOW. How would you not want to achieve something?
- them giving very few fucks. HOW!!
- so cold... and then they warm up on me like...?!?1ßß1!!
- their character is impenetrable. My psychology skills are seriously in overdrive and at a loss here, that's why it's so interesting. SLIs are mystery men and women.
- wtf are they up to! wtfffff
- they can handle the greatest randomness
- sudden moments of assertion that nobody saw coming
- they tolerate being squeezed all the time (until they complain that they have something to do :/)
- the level of diligence
- being goofier than me
- patience
- how can you scowl all the time and be so nice?
- kitchen skillz
- they got some superior dance moves!! I'm jealous and amazed at once.

The traits that I like about IEEs:
- Creative
- Enthusiastic
- Optimistic
- Cuteness
- Randomness
- Charming
- Funny
-They are like a cartoon character.
- Their big expressive eyes.
- Their childish demeanor.
- Their extraversion.
- How I feel when I'm with them.
-They are a little bit narcissistic but not arrogant.

I'm astounded that my dual doesn't seem stressed by me, seems to understand me, is rather supportive, and hasn't deserted me when we seem to have absolutely nothing in common. Other than that, I'm not impressed with any capabilities, and my capabilities don't seem to impress my dual because there seems to be little overlap of actual interest. We do highly value one another but cannot put our fingers on the magic ingredients. From what I've observed, duals don't impress; they just do........

Well they kinda do... so many SLEs are in prison and shit. The only thing they got going for 'em is their sex appeal.

It's sad but true unfortunately. The other day I wrote out some thoughts on how there are 4 life tracks that SLEs can take, which can be mixed and matched:

1) you are a criminal, drug dealer, or become an ex-criminal working serial minimum wage jobs
2) you are That Guy who is deep down a chaotic good who is always pushed into lawful good Gryffindor Goku mode roles
3) you are a regular worker bee, wimpy, moody and frustrated at your own inffectualness within your current position and you compensate by whipping your spouse at home or going on forums in your double life (usually the girlier, wimpier SLE guys are like this, or the actual women, especially at the start of their careers)
4) you are a pro athelete

5) stay at home mom

I'd say this is a pretty grim assessment, except that I know six SLE's off the top of my head, and they sort into your tracks extremely well.

(1) in track #1. Spent ten years in Jackson prison for armed robbery, now is completely unemployable despite being a hard worker.
(4) in track #2. One has a PhD & MBA but is not well-liked by his co-workers because he can be obviously exploitative and can't see that he's annoying people, the second is in theater and is supported by his GF but does not beat her, the third is in maintenance and does not beat his IEI GF, and the fourth is a cashier in a restaurant and is heavily tatooed with the front half of his head shaved and the back half gathered into a pony tail, has given up on women, and is probably the nicest guy of the bunch.
(1) in track #3. Exactly as described, but does not go on forums.
(0) in track #4. I need to expand my circle of friends.

Things that surprise me about my duals:

They are easy to talk to. Time seems to fly by during our conversations.
Some of them get incorrect ideas in their heads and seem to be unable to change or to let go of these ideas.
I seem to inexplicably piss off most of them sooner or later, and I have no idea how this happens. Weirdly enough, they don't stay upset forever. Time to reconciliation has ranged from minutes to years, of the ones who have reconciled.
Their negativity and practicality provides a surprisingly valuable counter-balance to my positivism and slightly impractical optimism.
I feel happier when I talk to them for a while. This seems to apply to all of the one's I've talked to.

SLE are clueless, its adorable when they get advice how they can set their mind to follow it. Other thing they are really loyal, it can be astonishing if they give the vibe of being jerks.

They seem so scary at first. But if you chat them up they are very kind, reasonable, non-judgmental, pro-active, and I just feel relaxed and calm around them. I'm astounded at how well they handle stress too. I think my communication skills improve being around them too because I have a hard time finding the words for stuff. I find myself being more organized and getting things done more too. I get stuck in my head a lot. I'm not happy about that, but that's who I am. Maybe I need to try and focus on Se more and lead with that if I can.

Someone who to share with all encompassing view that everything is essentially just pure insanity. If not apparent at first you just need to work with it having it in mind.

Things that astound me about LSEs :

- How they achieve professional success by being so good they can't be ignored; by producing things that are so undeniably useful such that employers just can't not hire/promote them (as opposed to achieving professional success by being uber charismatic and excellent at networking, which is the avenue that many successful people took) -- they build success on solid foundations made of stone, earth, and wood, not air -- they master their craft in painstaking detail instead of trying to skip steps -- their confidence is based on competence
- Their incredible work ethic
- Their instinct for when to do things like bribe hardware shops to duplicate keys that have "do not duplicate" written on them
- Their sense of humor
- How emotionally vulnerable they actually are, under the facade of success, ambition, and competence -- how much power they give someone as nondescript and gentle as me to affect them

The sheer quantity of things they can find to be precise about.

How much they seek attention by doing loud obnoxious things. My cold looks make my SEE flustered sometimes. Now that is wonderful.

Other times he tries to interrupt me when I'm saying something, I stop, think about saying something else, then go on or change directions, in any case he laughs and heee heee hees at me that I'm flustered. That's so not true and my cool reply makes him mysterious and wondering.

We can go anywhere and anyone is his friend. He's my only real friend who isn't a blood relation.

- Highly knowledgeable about practical matters in nearly endless detail
- Easy to talk to about almost any subject on your mind
- Defaults to being relaxed and easy going the vast majority of the time even if flustered at certain moments

I haven't known too many EIEs but here we go:

- Instinctive social skills that didn't come from reading a book, it's simply part of their make-up
- They are comfortable expressing emotion
- They effortlessly network
- They tend to be humorous
- They are multi-talented, especially in artistic fields
- They tend to appreciate a wide range of music from heavy metal to classical
- They are mercurial, and that captures my attention
- We can talk for hours with ease
- They seem comfortable around me, despite my awkwardness
- They have a sense of adventure
- They have a knack for getting me to open up

SLEs do not really "astound" me, but there are a few things I could think of that I admire about them...

• Their persistence, dedication, and determination.
They may suffer hardship in life, but they don't back down. They can be relentless and strong, both in mind and spirit. The lack of foresight they make up for by being proactive and doing whatever it takes. They don't feel sorry for themselves for long at all.

• Their combination of light-hearted emotionalism and cold, straight-forward logic.
They can both be serious and incredible silly at the same time. They either mess around, or don't mess around. It's an interesting mix.

• Their profound realism, with an idealistic streak.
They see the world as it is and focus on what matters. At the same time, they have an idealistic streak that can make them want to achieve greater in life or get closer to some kind of ideal that would benefit people they care about or humanity at large.

• No offense taken.
As far as I know, there is no way to offend an SLE. You may say something that will make them think you are stupid or lame, but there won't be any personal offense taken. That is incredibly refreshing to me. I don't feel like I am walking on egg shells with them. I know I could say anything and not get some weird emotional backlash for it. I don't have to censor myself.

Bonus points:
Direct flirting. Makes me melt, ha.
Physical presence.
Sense of humour. Everything's all fun and games.

- They love music like I do. I can appreciate all the weird underground stuff they have in store and they appreciate shitty dancey rap and pop.
- They're sassy like me, except they do it with depth and insight and logicz while I just make funny observations or say something in the ethical realm. It's like a game of who can be sassier.
- They're so grumpy and I love how grumpy they are I just wanna hug them and/or slap the shit out of them.
- They're a rare find while I'm everywhere.
- They're so real and they don't give a fuck about social stuff.
- They're easy to talk to.
- I want to make them my slaves but the truth is that they'll probably mentally control me. Physically, I got it down, though.
