Default Correlation between instinctual variants and sociotypes

What are the most probable instinctual variants per sociotypes? For example, i think most LSIs are Sp/sx? Not so sure though.

Okay, here are my findings (based on anecdotal evidence and observations) on the most common instinctual variants for the sociotypes.

    Alpha

    ILE: Sx/Sp, So/Sx
    LII: Sp/Sx, So/Sp, Sx/Sp
    SEI: So/Sx, Sp/So, Sp/Sx
    ESE: So/Sx, So/Sp, Sp/So

    Beta

    IEI: Sx/Sp, So/Sx, Sp/Sx
    EIE: Sx/So, Sx/Sp, So/Sp
    SLE: Sx/Sp, Sx/So
    LSI: Sp/Sx, Sx/Sp

    Gamma

    ESI: Sx/Sp, Sp/Sx
    SEE: Sx/Sp, So/Sp, So/Sx
    ILI: Sp/Sx, So/Sp, Sx/So
    LIE: So/Sp, Sx/So

    Delta

    EII: So/Sx, Sp/Sx, So/Sp
    IEE: Sx/So, Sx/Sp, So/Sx
    LSE: Sp/So, Sx/Sp
    SLI: Sp/Sx, Sp/So, So/Sp

I have also come across So/Sp SEI, So/Sp ESI, So/Sx ESI, Sx/So SEE, Sp/Sx IEE, Sx/So ESI, an Sx/Sp EII, and maybe even one So/Sp ILE before – but those combos are rather rare and I could find them primarily amongst celebrities (note: most Hollywood celebrities are So/Sp), and that's why they are not part of the overview above.

I have to say, whenever someone claims to be a stacking that does not fit into my "findings" above, I am skeptical. But I try to remain open-minded. I used to think only introverts could be Sp/Sx, but then I came across IEEs who were truly Sp/Sx.

A trend I've been observing so far are a lot of (not all) ExFx types having selfpres blind spots, and IxTx social blind spots. ExTx and IxFx could go either way.

And imo, Beta happens to be the most contraflow, Alpha the most synflow quadra. Those are orientations but you find a lot of SO/SP types in Alpha as well, and SX/SP in Beta.

@Cassandra Interesting, I did not know IEE sp/sx were common, I thought they were rare. I would add IEE so/sx though as another common IEE stacking.

If the instinctual stackings belonged to specific Quadras...

    Alpha: So/Sx

    Beta: Sx/So

    Gamma: Sx/Sp, So/Sp

    Delta: Sp/So, Sp/Sx

^ This shows why certain people get mistyped due to their instinctual stacking; for instance, Sx/So almost always getting typed as Beta, or So/Sx commonly getting typed as Alpha, etc. Or on the reverse, people not getting typed like their true instinctual stacking because they do not fit its stereotypical Quadra, like an SLE not getting typed as Sx/Sp because he does not seem "Gamma-like enough". Or, people getting typed as another Quadra because of their stacking; e.g many Sp/Sx LSI people get mistyped as Delta.

Gamma also has very regulated self-preservation, that's why she put the SP-secondaries there (SX/SP, SO/SP).

I would personally replace so/sp for SEE with sx/so, sx/so is very common for SEE and I've never met an so/sp SEE. Otherwise, everything else looks good. I'd add more to the Te dom types, too.

Kinda cool, I've also come across an so/sp ILE (or sp/so idk).

@Cassandra: I'm curious about your correlating ILI with sx/so, what does that look like in your experience?

@Cassandra my best ILI-Ni friend might be so/sx... or sx/so.. but I think he is so/sx.. like we have similar life goals and the way we view relationships as something next to our main life focussing on society seemed somewhat similar. I also think my SLE friend might be so/sx as well, like my best friends seem to be 'so' first since the way we strive forward in life is very similar. We all focus somewhat on society, but I might be wrong and maybe one of them is sx/so (not 100% sure, but I took the test with my SLE friend and she seemed to be at 'so' first).

And I think a recent IEI friend I met might be so/sp. I first felt really similar to her, yet she seems to be very relaxed regarding relationships, even friendships, like she doesn't seem to seek these intense relationships and has a weird way about expectations and how to behave in close friendships.

As an IEI So/Sp, this sounds about right in terms of the impression I think I give off.

I used to type as an ISTJ in MBTI because I thought I was too detached from everything and grounded (i.e. Sx last) to fit in with the NF stereotypes. I didn't relate to their complaints about wanting intensity and poeticness and sublime pain from life. I was like, "I want a nice job and some nice friends and generalized happiness from life, is that cool".

Confusingly sp is sometimes described using Se language, other times Si. So it seems like it's supposed to mean simultaneously valuing Si and Se. This is where the Enneagram seems to make the least sense IMO. so vaguely seems related to ethics as well but it is less clear.

Hm, perhaps SP second is described more as Se, and SP first as Si?

At least that is what my impression has been.
That is why stereotypically, Sx/Sp and So/Sp have more of a Gamma vibe, and Sp/Sx and Sp/So have more of a Delta vibe.

SO is often being related to Fe. That's probably how So/Sx is the stereotypically Alpha like stacking, and Sx/So the Beta-like one.

    I have another question
So is it normal that an Sx/Sp or Sp/Sx LSI to have social instinct tendencies because of their functions?

Hm, they may seek out more social interactions than one would expect for that type and stacking, because they are Fe seeking. For example, I know of an LSI-Se Sx/Sp guy who likes going out by himself once in a while, just to sit in a café and people watch, or somewhere else where there are a bunch of people being emotionally expressive, like parties.

    Oh yes. Especially parties.
Also, what's the difference between the emotional expression of Fi and Fe? As a 4w3 I tend to be quite emotionally expressive but I'm an Fi-dom so what's the difference? @Cassandra

@Cassandra For LSIs, How about other social aspects? Like politics? Or is that Se-related?

@Shaebette Can also be the general Ij drive, the elements - yeah. Beta is also more geared against SO often preferring SX, as much as Gamma prioritizes SP. So that can also extend beyond the LSI, many SLEs are SP/SX and SX/SP.
