Oh, no. If Lucy were in Hell, he wouldn't be able to do any mischief. Tempting world leaders and such. And when Lucy is thrown into Hell, the rest of the demons will go too. Revelation is clear that that's an event set for the future. For the time being, Satan is the prince of the world.

-Jesus, John 12:31 (He said this upon entering Jerusalem for His death: the event that was the victory over Satan. So Satan is a defeated prince/ruler, but is still active.)
There are a couple of points of interest regarding Satan's being ruler of the world.
When God first created the world, He put mankind in it as the caretakers and masters of it. When Adam and Eve heeded Satan and disobeyed God, they fell and Satan essentially gained the deed.
In Matthew 4:8-9, Satan tempts Jesus by offering Him the kingdoms of the world. That wasn't a joke; he had them to offer.
(Some deeper theological points came to mind when typing this out that I want to ask my pastor about.)

Woop woop superb bible expertise *^* What I remember as most striking about Satan was how he was God's ally first and then turned bad. Meaning, opposition arose from God's rows and not on its own. Yes I'll check the question page out

Ally? Hm. I wouldn't go so far. Satan is a created being. He was just one of the angels serving God. Granted, a magnificent angel, maybe something like an archangel/worship leader. But to call him an ally would imply that he was on God's level. And God has always been out of Satan's league.
