I need to be IEE for getting this SLI at my work. Plz step by step how to advices
@noaydi: Walk into a closed door out of sheer distraction and try to be cute about it.
Reason is a whore.
I always whine and flail around when I'm hungry Try this perhaps. Also make completely abstruse jokes and personality assessments as well. For instance, parody Donald Trump's voice (I always do that). You can also steal my political gay memes if you want lmao, making everything gay always works *^* #MakeDualityGreatAgain
Lol I'm doing a bit the same but was not sure it was correct ^^I always whine and flail around when I'm hungry Try this perhaps. @noaydi: Pretend you're Marilyn Monroe and sass her about not deserving your best if she can't handle your worst. Then coincidentally change the subject to how hungry you are, man, doesn't *anyone* have some food around here? A freak pitbull accident ruined your packed lunch.
Reason is a whore.
I already spoke to her about how cold I was because on the tail end of an opiate withdrawal. Does that count ?
gr8 punchline thought.Pretend you're Marilyn Monroe and sass her about not deserving your best if she can't handle your worst.
I honestly think that SLIs are the best people out there. They are amazing at listening, giving honest advice that make so much sense (and to the point too), and being supportive in really genuine ways.
They are honestly some of the most real, and kindest people out there, and I really am very appreciative of them (:
Thank you so much SLIs for being there!! especially @AbZero and @Slugcat. You guys are AWESOME. and I love you guys!!
(Okay I'm feeling a bit embarrassed making this public, since I'm not very comfortable with throwing out compliments, but I really had to. This was like really spontaneous in a way. And not something that I usually do... But yup, just had to thank my fellow SLI friends for helping me out so much! )
Glad to know that I can help you sweetie.
Thank you, this is very nice If you have anything else you want to discuss feel free to PM me.
This thread is truly confusing to me . This is one of those moments where Socionics almost feels real for a second because I do not understand what is so great about these qualities.
The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.
The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".
