Default Creativity- What functions do you associate it with?

What are the functions you attribute to creativity? Do you think Enneagram has a significant role in creativity?
    (
I mention the last part because I met an EII who was an E1w2 and did not like anything individualistic or creative and it surprised me for an Ne ego user).

    Thoughts?

I don't associate any particular element with creativity - as creativity would involve how you use various elements. But. . . people probably use their ego and possibly their id functions most creatively as those are the strongest, and have the most rigid and narrow use of their super-ego.

Edit: and no, I don't think enneagram type is associated with degree of creativity

Creativity = ability for creation (ingenious or not) = expansive activity to generate something = human life itself, from reproduction to working to socializing, and so on.

Everyone's creative in some way, it just depends on what is created. That's where Socionics elements come in. is creative with systems, is creative with opportunities and ideas (creativity in a classic sense), with people, with comfort...

Mind that creativity can be expansive within. Like is creative with symbolic mental imagery and plots, for instance. The creative oevre of extroverts is much more instant and visible, but don't underestimate the introverted functions.

Sometimes creativity is considering of producing stuff in fields that are regarded as creative. This is BS.

I consider all people that have breaked out of monotony as creative.
Probs it as something to do by giving some restrictive uses to super ego.

The decisive thing is not the reality of the object, but the reality of the subjective factor, i.e. the primordial images, which in their totality represent a psychic mirror-world. It is a mirror, however, with the peculiar capacity of representing the present contents of consciousness not in their known and customary form but in a certain sense sub specie aeternitatis, somewhat as a million-year old consciousness might see them.

I associate any function in the creative block with creativity

what you're really talking about is a subset of "creativity" which is the social manifestation [1] of novelty, which like Jerdle says, is mostly Ne

[1] what is socially seen/"defined" as "creative" within the prevailing culture, i.e. kids with crayons, artists, new theories, etc
