Many organisations have realised the growing importance of teamworking and communication skills within their workforce. Highstress professions, particularly those in the aviation industry, have recognised the importance of teamworking, not only for error reduction but also for successful outcomes in crisis situations. This has led to a wealth of psychological research into many aspects of team interactions. Numerous independent organisations now utilise psychological profiling techniques to predict how their employees will perform in a team situation. In addition, a wealth of companies offer various types of team training, specifically designed to improve the interactions between employees.

While they are clearly aware of socionics relationship theory they don't seem to have placed much importance on MBTI types not necessarily equating to Socionics types.
