Delta Quadra Analysis

The Delta quadra values the IM elements of , , and . While the subdued IM elements of the Delta quadra will be , , and . Within the Delta quadra, you have the LSE, EII, IEE and SLI types.

The Delta quadra is best characterized as the most earnest and sincere quadra, valuing humanitarian autonomy and a strictly realistic perspective of the world around them. Delta types orient themselves towards the immediate characteristics of the physical environment and are most concerned with the physical functionality of their world. Contrastingly, despite valuing , Delta types are unconcerned with the aesthetic enjoyment that is indulgent and unproductive; but still augmenting themselves towards maintaining a relaxing environment to reduce unnecessary stress and discomfort. Delta types are often so driven to monitor the functional aspects of their world and pertaining to the functionality of methods that lead to immediate results or benefit in the present, preferring not to rely so much on the past or future to influence their ideas. Particularly Delta ST types who highly emphasize efficiency, may tolerate the inefficiencies within their own lifestyles and the lifestyles of others; as long as they are always involved and self-sufficient. Nevertheless, Delta types are appreciative of the “do-it-yourself” attitude in other people, working hard at something and solving problems practically using the sources available to them.

Delta NFs are subjective, imaginative and are prone to reflecting deeply on their own thoughts and feelings. Delta NFs have a tendency to prioritize the personal concerns of an issue, speculating on the deeper meaning to oneself and others. Delta NFs competently withhold personal significance or meaning in themselves, actively see potential in others and wish to communicate their humanitarian values with like-minded people. Delta NFs are somewhat disposed to pondering and interpreting the value of events and inspiring others with this meaning. Despite being competent in these areas, Delta NFs are not as certain when they have to solve an immediate and urgent problem using practical resources, detailed knowledge and expertise. Some Delta NFs, IEEs in particular; are more so oriented towards the creation and perpetuation of new ideas or messages that inspire and bring about change in people, introducing them to new experiences or provoking them into thinking about important issues. Other Delta NFs, EIIs in particular; are more oriented towards reflecting on their subjective feelings or ideals, pondering on the meaning or purpose of humanity. EIIs being more focused on what their personal journey in life should be and fundamental qualities of idealized individuals to share that personal journey with.

Delta STs are objective, practical and realistically completing concrete tasks using the resources available to them. Delta STs straightforwardly emphasize the facts of an issue and deal with it resourcefully, meticulously and effectively. Delta STs are suited primarily towards practical tasks, organizing their surroundings, tactical problem-solving and keeping things in order. Delta STs feel more at ease when they are given a chance to act capably and decisively to handle the straightforward matters in front of them. Though Delta STs tend to be less certain of themselves when having to navigate a matter that is vague and unclear, depending on the feelings and opinions of others. Some Delta STs, particularly LSEs; prioritize on the decisive, effective action in the moment, being able to take charge of a situation and find a practical way of solving problems that they come up against, utilizing their present resources to the utmost efficiency. Other Delta STs, particularly SLIs; are focused on the meticulous creation and maintenance of order and comfort in their surroundings, precisely placing things together in a clear precise and detailed fashion that minimize discordance and disharmony.
