I'm quite adventurous when I'm around people who make me feel loved. Otherwise, I'm more of a stay-at-home person. If I go out, I like taking walks, going for runs, or sitting on swings. The occasional adventure can be very fun. I just shy away from anything too reckless (not a daredevil).

In terms of physical feats... I guess I'll take a journey to the grocery store... if an Extraverted Beta comes along with me.

But situations that test my own will and mental fortitude... given my social anxiety and indecisiveness I generally suck at taking on new opportunities, only mourning their transcience. I only take risks that don't subject myself to failure in front of others, like smoking crack and shooting heroin. That's an easy risk.

In my coaching I use a lot of Ne to help SEI take on new opportunities and journeys. They get into comfortable zones or become mentally blocked and even try too many things in hopes of good prospects

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

    ^This. Suggestive .

McFly is an IEE. Ne doms do seem to be more adventurous on average, with big ideas and desires to move between new endeavors, but this is not always the case. Some are lazy homebodies.
Agreed. McFly is IEE, mainly because MJF is IEE, and there is a lot of MJF in the character of McFly. Besides: "Nobody calls me chicken!" = Se-Role ;-)

Has Pokemon Go spurred you toward adventurous activities?

welp it did for awhile, but I don't have anyone to go with anymore so I've returned to by simple lifestyle of not doing anything. :3
