Default Hello, just trying to understand myself better

I am trying to figure out my own personality because I honestly have no clue what type I am and I thoroughly confuse myself when I try to figure it out. I even tried to take some of the tests but I don't even know how to answer the questions, is how little I know myself. I come out wildly different every time because every time my answers will change based on what I believe at that moment.

Giving a read through the types I believe that I identify most with EII-INFj and SLI-ISTp thought.

    Happy to meet you.

    Welcome!

The best way to find your type is to learn all the functions/information elements as thoroughly as possible. It'll become clear which one you use most and which one is right behind, and voila: your type

    Hope you enjoy the forum

    Hello

“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung

Welcome to the forum, take your time, there is no rush. Finding the truth of the self is a journey that has no easy answers. And certainly none that can be answered with simple tests. o/o/

    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

    Hi,

I posted a thread, with a few pictures and a description of how I see myself in various things. Please take a look if you like!

    Welcome ryoka
Honestly, do not bother for "confirm and final" You know yourself better than anybody else here.
Try to introspect...to analyse... and do not take it all too seriously
