Sleep
I've got "problem" I could use help with:
I've got a history of sleep disorder, mainly me needing about 12 hours of sleep a day. Not necessarily "needing" i guess since it doesn't really matter how much I sleep, i'll feel tired anyway, but that's what happens if there is no strong emotional reason to wake up.
I've tried a couple of things already; melatonin to go to bed earlier (as well as sleepmedication) but that doesn't change the fact that i'll sleep in till about 13.00h. I've also "reset" my sleeping paterns by staying awake 48 hours a couple of times. This seems to help somewhat but usually after a few days it reverts back.
Anyone who knows indepth about circadian rythms or sleep disorders or with personal experience is welcome to offer advice!

Ti centric
probably a combination of:
- too many computer screens turned on too late on the day (blue tinted light makes the brain think it's day; avoid it)
- too much caffeine/sugar drunk late in the day and too little of it early in the day
- not regular enough a work schedule or no outside enforcement of it
- not enough exercise
cross those possibilities off on your list before calling it a disorder. that word sees enough abuse as it is.

Doesn't happen to me. Try going outside more. When one gets tied, one sleeps like a baby.
