First of all, this is demoscene art.

The demoscene is a computer art subculture that specializes in producing demos, which are audio-visual presentations that run in real-time on a computer. The main goal of a demo is to show off programming, artistic, and musical skills.

They usually use very modest platforms like Commodore 64. It started as software cracking. Some crackers had added a simple visual demo to boast with their programming skills and make a name for themselves. This was a crude audiovisual intro that begun before you could start the program. Later on it developed to it's own subculture.

PWP/Viznut is a Finnish programmer who has made a lot of demos, a transdimensional troll blogger who is an orphan and he also writes a blog where he doesn't troll. The latter deals with the information society.
