Healthy vs unhealthy IEIs . Or dualized ??!

So one of the last IEIs I've met was a psycho. If it only seems so to me because I'm not her dual, I can't tell. Aggressive and bursting on the hunt on people (to attack maybe, or so it looked liked from afar). I'm figuring this to be an exception from the norm. She's not the only one I know. She's been for a while in some sort of on-again, off-again relationship with a SLE , among others, she's a poly in practice and beliefs. Maybe she's dualized.
