You ride the elevator to the top floor, Pink Floyd drifting through the elevator speakers. You walk in the door at the end of the hall. In the corner of the room sits a musty couch covered with faded 70s upholstery.

Dust motes linger in the air. There's a stuffed pedo bear sitting in the corner of the couch. Classical music floats through a small transistor radio.

Hitta fingers his cigar bemusedly, as if wondering how such a thing came to exist. He looks at you. "You know", he says, "people are really funny sometimes. Predictable, yet totally unpredictable. They are all reaching for, for that high, that goal, and once they get it they feel empty again."

He pauses and squints at you for a moment, turning the cigar over and over between his fingers.
