Enneagram is highly sensitive to mood/life situation I think, anyway, so yea your wing result probably changes, but actual wing, if it's a static thing, I'm not sure.

I used to be 5w4, now 5w6.

if you find it useful to change your wing, change your wing. typology should be a tool that works for you. maybe it would help to think about the change you see in yourself, where it comes from, what it means, how transient or deeply rooted you suspect it is. if enneagram literature helps you make sense of that stuff, then great.

No, it can't change. That's like saying your sociotype can change depending on you life situation, MBTI would suggest that it can and should, but I think most would agree this isn't the case.
