I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. if you make them, i made 1/4 of the recipe they said was for two dozen and it was a giant plate full. you want to make the dough as thin as you can too to get them crunchy (the crunchy ones are the best). make them one at a time with big marble sized balls of dough rolled as flat as you can (and then stretched out with your fingers right before putting into the oil).
