Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?
I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

For what is worth, he is really a Great man, he does have a side that doesn't care about popularity and few people will dislike him because of it, he does the right thing-has strong well built integrity and very responsible to what he teaches. People are usually amazed after lectures.
Introvert is obvious; when asked a question on camera, they tend to look within themselves for their answers and often with Si types, not only looking away and within but also sensing the feelings derived from answering and the questions being asked. Thinker because he has a method of answering...that probably gives away his type.
Extraverts have the answers out and will talk about it quickly, responding fluidly and consistently engaged with the camera as if it's a person or looking at the interviewee with curiosity, expecting the next question. E types also offer a lot of extra information, talking way more then I types. E types try to fill in the answers, they will be quick to make statements where you haven't thought of them for example, a friend was upset that her friend was marrying too early in her relationship, an ESTp stair right at her and said "Well, she's probably doing what makes her happy right?" Introverts don't think ahead like this. They think in themselves with the material given after self evaluation with subjective functions, then will respond.

They aren't that deep unlike other kinds of ISTj's and are very practical minded people. So Maritsa was right and her description was surprisingly accurate.
Assuming that photo Goldilocks posted is actually him I'd say IXTj. Your typing of him as ISTj may work.
