I think those expressions are the result of Fe at work. ILE guy, SEI girl thing works well, imo... also be sure to note not all ILE look exactly the same. I'm going off the Alpha-Fe vibe, childlike, playful, fun, quirky, maybe a bit annoying to non-alphas. My impression is that grin is like an ILE trying to squeeze out some Fe.
Quentin Tarantino seems like an ILE with this kind of grating annoying Fe-ish vibe when he's socially nervous or on the spot and they squeeze Fe out because of the HA... see this interview and the parody lol.
Notice the Fe-HA, The Se-role with the poor clothes and style, and the Irrational Intuitive nature of his conservation, talking less about judgments and how he feels or what he thinks and more on what he experienced or saw.
anyways point being... I attribute that quirky annoying grating Fe vibe to something that ILEs occasionally have when nervous.
