The only good V.I. of this man that I caught made me think of Santa Claus.
His voice was very calming. He seemed to be really into that bbq and yeah the SLI that I know is also into his bbq's. In fact that is all that he cooks. So maybe SLI. If not I'll say whatever type Santa is.

I considered SEI until I realized that any Fe here is extremely muted. He's obviously excited about the Bacon Bomb there (Who wouldn't be??), but he doesn't express it in a way that seems Fe based to me.

I don't have any strong ideas one way or another, other than "not SEI".
