could someone please tell me how to go about posting pics? or direct me to some instructions?

upload a picture to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and copy the address from 'Direct Link for Layouts'

then when you are posting, click the icon with a picture of a sun and mountain range and paste the address
