The TED Conference is probably the most alpha thing in existence. It makes me feel all warm, fuzzy, teary eyed, everything.
It's sole purpose is to spread ideas. Watch it in action, share what you find. I haven't the time to go through all of them.

Y'know, I hadn't thought about it before, but you're totally right. Alpha NT, to be more specific. Obviously, not everyone who speaks there is Alpha (Mike Rowe, for example, spoke there once, and I think he's been typed as Delta), but the overall focus clearly is.

Actually, I think it could be narrowed down even further to ILE. It's all about sharing and discovering new ideas, rather than systematizing and structuring those ideas in an LII fashion.
