Deltas are the best! ENFp's can psychoanalyse me (my favourite topic, me!) and SLIs can chat about how they've managed to avoid doing unnecessary work which is always impressive. Delta J's are less fun: EIIs can get angry with me for Fi-transgressions and LSEs can be too ambitious. Boo!
    Warm Regards,

I get along with people from all quadras. I very rarely even meet Beta NF's irl, so I socialize with people who happen to show up. Most of my very close girl friends were ESE's and SEE's (while there are exceptions, I much prefer chatty, extroverted girls to hang out). As for friends, I get along well with male LII's, ILE's and Fi creatives. The general rule is that I prefer ESxx for girl friends and xNxx for boyfriends.

All in all, I'd say alpha, but probably just because they're more common. I really fail to see a strong quadra pattern in my interactions, besides the fact that IEE's are the only deltans I generally enjoy.

Most of my friends are Betas, but my GF and best friend are Alphas.

i love the omegas the most. It's always so quiet there!
Important to note! People who share "indentical" socionics TIMs won't necessarily appear to be very similar, since they have have different backgrounds, experiences, capabilities, genetics, as well as different types in other typological systems (enneagram, instinctual variants, etc.) all of which also have a sway on compatibility and identification. Thus, Socionics type "identicals" won't necessarily be identical i.e. highly similar to each other, and not all people of "dual" types will seem interesting, attractive and appealing to each other.

Betas are more initially exciting, but I can't spend too much time with them before I get sick of them and they get sick of me..

Deltas are fairly flatline but allow for far more stability with the occasional short lived yet enraged fight.

I inevitably hang out more with Deltas. Betas are great but I just don't fit in in their groups.

My social circle has mostly been consisting of a good mix of Gammas (SFs) and Alphas (SFs). In the case of Deltas, I have only been friends with INFjs, but not for too long or too close.

With Alphas, I enjoy the warmth of the relation, and the feeling of being comfortable and relaxed with one another.
With Gammas, I experience more of an intimate and deeper bond, which is characterized by sharing personal experiences and the like, and the appreciation of Se.
With Deltas, it is mostly a bond that is founded on similar interests or being similar in some sense, but at the same time there is a dissonance, because the values are different.

@William, why did you mark my post as constructive?

I find it to be incredibly annoying that I always get "constructive" for any post where I am sharing my own personal experiences. This is not up for debate, this is how I think and feel about it... I am not making any universal claims. Gah.

This rant is not only directed at you, but ... I don't know, I just needed to rant.

P.S: And people wonder why I shy away from contributing much...

    You looking for feedback Sis?

Most people have personal/different reasons as to why they mark a post constructive or like. What you may consider a "like" post, someone might consider a constructive post. For various reasons and you might never know what those reasons are for/about. Maybe they feel that your posts are constructive because they are adding to the collected experiences of this site? Maybe they are manipulating you into liking them? Maybe they are lazy and don't feel like responding with words? Maybe its a electronic way of giving you a high five? Maybe it helps people with group think and gauge where others are at? Maybe its a way of being ironic? Who knows?

I think any post marked constructive or liked should just be taken as a compliment. Something within your writings and experience resonated with someone else, it just means someone said "hey I heard you".

Personally, I think the like/constructive buttons when it was added a couple years ago killed creative aspects of the conversation, but that neither here nor there.

no, as in they seem more sane than delta haha

like any other quadra i think beta only seems "insane" if you look at it from the wrong perspective and misunderstand what they're doing

...they might prefer to be seen as insane, though.

Most of my friends are serious quadra folks. So depending on whether I'm gamma or delta, the other one.
